Delete Your Transition Buddy Account

AFFINITY INTELLECT, LLC

You can permanently delete your Transition Buddy account and all associated

data at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Sign in to Transition Buddy with your parent account.

2. From the dashboard, tap the Household icon.

3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.

4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete my account forever.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Email us

Email [privacy@affinityintellect.com](mailto:privacy@affinityintellect.com)

from the email address associated with your parent account and request

deletion. We will verify your identity and process the request within

30 days.

What gets deleted

- Your parent account and sign-in credentials.

- All child profiles you created, and the anonymous sign-in records of any

linked child devices.

- All tasks, routines, and completion history.

- All points, streaks, rewards, and redemption records.

- Co-parent household links (the co-parent's own account remains theirs,

but loses access to your household).

- Push-notification tokens and app settings.

What is retained

Nothing identifying you or your children is retained after deletion.

Aggregated, non-personal analytics events (for example, a count of how many

tasks were completed across all users) cannot be traced back to a deleted

account and are not removed.
